The Holistic Plan is a personalized set of sessions, outlined during the initial Alignment Session.

The goal is to become coherent with your essence, freeing yourself from the bonds of the ego and emotions, thoughts and compulsions that previously limited you.

This process involves deconstructing the ego and building a new identity based on your deepest essence.

Alignment allows you to synchronize your mind with your heart. It means living and vibrating through your Soul!

You will begin to live in accordance with your deepest values and reach a state of lucidity, aware of your true nature and your place in the universe.
